We Adore you, O Christ, and we praise you.
Because by Your holy cross You have redeemed the world.
Jesus was about half way up the road to Calvary hill. As He walked up the hill He grew weaker and weaker and was unable to stand up any longer. He stumbled a second time. The heavy cross pushed him to the ground. How could He think this cross is the wood of salvation? His love for us proves that He had the strength to suffer for our sins.
PRAYER:
Dear Jesus, help me to realize the pain as well as suffering You went through to save me from sin. You are always there, for the good times and the bad times. Continue to teach me to not always think of myself. Help me give my time and talents to others who don’t have them. Amen.
