~ Kindergarten ~

     Mrs. Donna Macolino is the kindergarten teacher here at Saint Brendan's. With her consistent, firm, and loving classroom management, the kindergarten students are always ready and eager to learn.

     Mrs. Macolino graduated from the University of New Haven with a BA in English. She attended Southern Connecticut State University for her certification in the master's degree program in elementary education.

     Prior to teaching at St. Brendan's, Mrs. Macolino taught in the East Haven public school system for thirteen years. Her experience includes ESL, special education, and kindergarten. She also taught kindergarten in New Haven.

     She lives with her husband, Tony and their two daugthers.

     Mrs. Mary Affilino is the kindergarten aide. With her happy disposition, she helps Mrs. Macolino with the daily tasks in kindergarten.
